Return and Exchange Policy
- Our valued customers can exchange or return their purchases within 3 days of receiving the order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Items to be exchanged or returned must be in good condition, displayable with their packaging and tags, accompanied by the original purchase receipt, and must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Items to be exchanged or returned must be non-conforming to standard specifications, or have a defect or flaw that was not apparent at the time of purchase.
- Creams and preparations must be returned with the original branded boxes and placed inside an outer box when shipping.
- When trying out products, please ensure not to leave any marks on the product box or damage it.
- Cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with all packaging intact.
- If you wish to return an order that has been received in perfect condition without any damages, the customer will bear the shipping cost through the shipping companies dealt with by Ana Maria Medical and Cosmetic Products. The items to be returned must be in their original condition (unused and with packaging) and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
